Groups & Events — Teams, Clubs, Crews

Good fuel for the whole crew.

Pack-ready pouches and welcome boxes for race and freeride teams, ski and snowboard clubs, race and event crews, and group trips — curated by former ski patrollers and guides who know what a long, cold day on the hill asks of people.

Three Ways In

Teams first. Then everyone who makes the day happen.

Most group orders fall into one of three situations. Find yours — the format and the timing follow from it.

A — Teams & Sports Clubs

Race teams, freeride teams, and the clubs behind them.

Alpine and freeride teams first — then ski and snowboard clubs, Nordic programs, collegiate and high-school teams, and mountain-bike and NICA groups. A team season has a rhythm, and a handful of days where a coach is handing something to every athlete at once.

  • Season kickoff — something real in every athlete's hands on day one.
  • Training days — pouches that live in a pack between runs.
  • Competition travel — packed before the van leaves, not grabbed at a gas station on the way.
  • Race day — start-area fuel for athletes, plus the coaches and support crew out there all morning.
  • Season-end banquet — a box on every chair when the season gets its send-off.

B — Events & Crews

Races, competitions, and the crew that runs them.

Volunteers, officials, timing and course crews, staff, and participants. Individually packaged fuel is easy to hand out at a start area, a registration table, a staff base, or a group departure — and it doubles as a participant welcome at brand and experiential events.

  • Start area & course crews — something for the people who were up before the racers.
  • Registration & welcome — handed over with the bib or the lanyard.
  • Volunteer & staff base — stocked once, eaten all day.

Where on-site help makes sense, we'll talk through location and scope with you — it isn't automatically part of an order.

C — Destination Groups

Ski clubs, group trips, and incentive travel.

Ski-club trips, adventure-travel groups, destination management companies, incentive programs, and alumni trips. The welcome in the room sets the tone for the week; the pouch handed out before the first day out keeps it going.

  • Arrival gifts & room drops — waiting when the group checks in.
  • Trip-day provisions — one per person at the morning departure.
  • Special guests — a premium box for the people the trip is really for.
Formats

Pouches for the active days. Boxes for the moments that bring everyone together.

Every build starts from the same curation standard. The format changes with the moment — what fits in a pocket on a training day isn't what you set on a banquet table.

Lead Format — The Pouch

Built to travel with the team.

A soft, resealable pouch of individually packaged snacks that goes in a jacket, a pack, or a team bag. Nothing rigid to carry around a venue, and nothing to unpack at the start.

Tier 1 · 7 items

The lighter build

Training days, volunteers, and crews who want something easy to grab and go.

Tier 2 · 11 items

The fuller build

Full race days, long travel days, and athletes heading out for the whole morning.

Supporting Format

Standard Boxes

For season kickoffs, travel welcomes, and banquets — a presentation box handed to a person rather than dropped in a bag. Available in the same Tier 1 and Tier 2 starting configurations.

  • Season kickoffs
  • Travel and arrival welcomes
  • Banquets and recognition nights

For Selected Occasions

Summit Collection

A seasonally curated premium assortment in an elevated presentation box — for VIP guests, sponsors, and incentive trips. A different choice for a different moment, not a bigger standard box.

Standard box shown is representative of the format; contents for each tier are confirmed with your order.

Planning

A few details and we can build the order.

You don't need it all figured out. These are the things that shape a group order — share what you know, and we'll work out the rest with you.

Teams with a full race calendar can set up repeat orders around it, instead of starting from scratch every weekend.

What Shapes a Group Order
Headcount
Athletes, coaches, crew, and guests. A rough number is fine to start.
Dates
Kickoff, race weekends, travel days, or the banquet — and when you need it in hand.
Hand-out moment
Start area, team van, registration table, rooms, or banquet tables. It usually decides the format.
Format
Tier 1 or Tier 2 pouches, standard boxes, the Summit Collection, or a mix across the season.
Branding
Your team or event name on a card, insert, or sleeve where it suits the order — scoped and quoted per program.
Repeat orders
A cadence built around your calendar for teams that need fuel all season.

We recommend pouches, boxes, or a mix, and quote it around your headcount and dates.

03

Confirm the plan

Approve the order and we agree on a delivery plan that fits your schedule and location.
