For Ski Resorts

Day one should feel like the reason they took the job.

Clean-fuel boxes for employee orientation, patrol and lift ops, instructors, and on-mountain events — put together by a former ski patroller and guide who has stood on both sides of that orientation room.

A box is right for orientation day, when people are sitting down and have somewhere to put it. For the rest of the season it usually isn't — patrol, lift ops, and instructors are working out of a pack or a utility vest all day. Same curation, different object: we build the identical fuel into a soft, flat pack that slides into a vest pocket or a pack lid, the same format we supply to cat and heli operations for their guests. Most resort accounts run boxes at orientation and packs from there.

Built For — In Order

Ranked by how much it actually matters to a mountain ops budget.

These are ordered deliberately. Orientation is where a box does the most work for the least money, so it sits first — everything below it is a way to keep the account useful the rest of the season.

01
Employee orientation
Flagship
Orientation is the one day every seasonal hire is in the same room, and it usually feels like a benefits slideshow. A box on every chair changes the temperature of that room — it says the resort spent real money on them before they'd worked a single shift. It's also the single easiest line item to justify: one order, one delivery, one date on the calendar.
02
Patrol, lift ops & instructors
Standing restock for patrol shacks, lift shacks, and the ski & ride school room — fuel your crew eats themselves, plus a stash to hand a guest who's bonking in a lift line or a kid melting down in a lesson. Bulk case format, no retail packaging, lowest cost per unit.
03
Resort-affiliated touring guides
For the sidecountry and backcountry programs your resort runs under its own name. Guides hand clients real fuel instead of whatever was left in the shop — which makes the tour feel guided rather than merely permitted. Runs on the pack-ready format built for guide operations.
04
Private club & members-only events
Member mornings, first-chair events, and on-mountain club functions where the food needs to feel considered rather than catered. Small runs, gift-forward presentation, optional club-branded sleeve.
05
On-site vendor setup
We physically show up. Table, product, branding, and a person who can talk about avalanche terrain as easily as ingredients — at your event, on your date, staffed by us. Zero labor draw on your team.
Also Works For

The rest of the season.

Most resort accounts start with orientation and then find three or four of these. Worth knowing they exist before you decide on volume.

Race & competition days

Start-gate fuel for athletes, plus the timing crew and coaches standing in the cold for six hours.

Season-pass & VIP amenities

Pass-holder appreciation mornings, first-chair events, and the guest-recovery gesture when something goes wrong.

Ski & ride school families

Family-facing packages with kid-appropriate items — the parent-pleasing add-on to a multi-day lesson block.

Storm-cycle standby kits

For the nights the crew stays on the hill. Shelf-stable, calorie-dense, already in the shack when the road closes.

Avalanche & pro training courses

Provisioning for the AIARE and pro-level courses your snow safety team hosts — a field day's fuel, handled.

Off-season resort events

Weddings, bike park events, concerts, and hut dinners — the reason the account doesn't go quiet in June.

Formats

Four ways a resort actually buys this.

Same curation standard underneath, and every build is adjustable — item count, blend, dietary needs, and non-food add-ons. What changes below is the packaging, the presentation, and the cost per unit.

Resort Configurations
Orientation Box
Our most-ordered build, retail-presented. Built to be handed to a person, not stocked on a shelf. Adjust the mix or leave it to us. Optional welcome card.
Shack Restock
Bulk case, no retail box. Same curation, lowest cost per unit, less packaging for your crew to deal with. Sized to a shack shelf.
Event Table
We bring the table, the product, and the staffing to your event. Priced per event, not per box.
Co-Branded Sleeve
Your resort's mark on the box. Available on standing seasonal accounts at the Summit tier.
Why Us

The credibility you can't fake.

He's been in your orientation room

Bass is a former ski patroller and guide. He's run the meetings, staffed the shack, and eaten the bad snacks. This brand comes off the mountain, not out of a boardroom.

An ingredient standard that holds at 9,000 feet

No seed oils, no refined sugar, no filler. Every item vetted against a clean-label standard and against the practical question of whether it still works after four hours in a cold pack.

Close enough to hand-deliver

Based in Mountain Green, minutes from Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Regional accounts get a person and a truck on orientation morning, not a tracking number and a hope.

Pricing

Priced by volume. Built around your season.

Every resort runs differently — headcount, department splits, and delivery windows all move the number. Request pricing and we'll build the quote around your actual season.

How It Works

Three steps, start to first box.

01

Inquire

Tell us headcount, departments, and your orientation dates. That's usually enough to price it.

02

Sample

We send a sample box so you can see and taste exactly what lands on the chair.

03

Order

We lock pricing and delivery windows, and handle the rest — on your calendar, not ours.

Request Pricing

Let's fuel your mountain.

Fill this out and Bass will follow up personally with pricing built around your resort — no obligation, no drip campaign.
