A welcome that feels like part of the property.
Curated mountain provisions for boutique hotels, lodges, guest ranches, and rental properties — standard welcome boxes, pack-ready pouches for days outside, and a premium Summit Collection presented around your property's identity.
The room tells guests what kind of stay this is going to be.
Guests notice the first thing waiting for them — after the drive up the canyon, the late check-in, the kids asleep in the back seat. A box on the bench with a short welcome note says someone planned for them before they walked in.
It's provisioning with a sense of place: chosen in Mountain Green, Utah, by people who spent their careers working in the mountains, and set out in a way that fits your rooms rather than competing with them.
Three ways to welcome a guest.
Different occasions call for different things, so choose by the moment. Most properties end up using more than one.
Standard Welcome Boxes
For broad guest arrivals, group stays, and approachable gifting. Two starting configurations, and either one can be adjusted.
- Tier 1 — 7-item starting configuration
- Tier 2 — 11-item starting configuration
- Guest arrivals and group blocks
Adventure-Day Pouches
A soft, pack-ready pouch for the concierge to hand over before a ski day, a hike, or a guided outing. Easy to stage, easy to carry, and nothing left behind in the room.
- Tier 1 — the lighter, 7-item pouch
- Tier 2 — the fuller, 11-item pouch
- Concierge handoffs and itinerary days
Standard box and pouch shown are representative of each format; contents for each tier are confirmed with your program. The third format, the Summit Collection, is below.
For the arrivals that deserve more thought.
The Summit Collection is a different choice, not a bigger standard box. It draws on a rotating, seasonal selection of premium provisions — recognizable standouts alongside smaller and regional makers — presented in a box made to be noticed on a suite's coffee table.
It suits the stays your team plans around: a VIP arrival, an owner's week at the property, an anniversary, or a gift the property wants remembered. Assortments are curated to each program and change with the season.
- VIP & suite arrivals
- Owner and returning-guest stays
- Celebrations & milestones
- Special and seasonal gifting
Put your property's name on the welcome.
Guests should remember where they stayed, not who packed the box. We can develop the outer presentation around your property's identity, with our curation, sourcing, and assembly underneath it.
Treatments can include boxes, sleeves, inserts, welcome notes, and suitable pouch branding, scoped to the property and the order. Options, quantities, and timing are discussed and quoted per program — not every treatment fits every quantity or deadline. The snacks themselves always arrive in their makers' own packaging.
